Georgia’s Voice Counselling

The counselling service offered by Georgia’s Voice will be treated in complete confidence. Once the form has been completed, the referral will be sent to our in house team who will contact you shortly. An initial block of 6 sessions will be offered to you. When these sessions are coming to an end, a review will be made to assess if further sessions can be offered.

Depending on sessions it might be that the therapist is in training; they will be having clinical supervision and support from their learning establishment and the charity.

If at anytime you wish to discuss concerns or worries about your therapy sessions please contact Georgia’s Voice at kirsty@georgiasvoice.co.uk.

It is the policy of this service that unless under exceptional circumstances, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or unattended will still be counted as a session, meaning 1 session will be deducted from your block of 6. If you miss more than 1 session without giving notice you risk your sessions being cancelled. If you do not attend a session or cancel it, it is then your responsibility to rearrange another appointment. If within 1 week from the date of your cancelled session you have not rearranged or responded to a message it will be assumed that you are not returning to counselling.
